FAQ

Do you label vendors as scams?: No. We present neutral trust signals — track record, a self-assessment checklist, and links to public community discussion — so you can decide. We never declare a vendor a "scam".
Why does a vendor show "not in our database"?: We only have curated records for well-known vendors. An unrated result isn't an accusation — but for a large prepayment, no verifiable delivery history is itself a reason to be cautious.
How current is the community sentiment?: We pull recent posts from collector subreddits at check time (cached briefly). If the live search isn't reachable, we give you a manual search link instead.
